Following Kirk Ritchie's retirement and the addition of another Bailey we have decided to change our name. However, nothing else has changed and we still offer our unique service to all our clients.

We specialise in character properties for sale in the Tarn region’s Golden Triangle of Albi - Gaillac - Cordes-sur-Ciel, and in the Tarn et Garonne.

We believe that we offer a service with a difference : all the members of our team are English but have been living in this region for over 20 years. As such we know how daunting the prospect of buying a home in a foreign country can be and we are here to help.
