Paul Bedford : co-founder of Bedford-Ritchie now Bedford-Bailey based in Cordes-sur-Ciel. Paul has been in Cordes-sur-Ciel for over 20 years, where he lived whilst working in the City. He has 4 children who have all been eductated in the region.
Delphine Salingardes : Director and owner of the Head Office, Résidences 81 based in Albi. Delphine studied law before taking over her family's agency.
Laurette Bailey : consultant, has worked many years in the property market for French and English managed agencies. She arrived in France in 1980, has two grown-up children both educated to university level in Albi. Laurette also deals with house management including seasonal lettings.
Alexandra Bailey : qualified solicitor, joined the company in 2010, helping us run the business and deals with the administration side of things. She is perfectly bilingual English/French and looks forward to arranging your appointments with Paul or Laurette.
The Headquarters of our business are in the city of Albi, with a second operational office in Cordes Sur Ciel in the Tarn. We are registered members of FNAIM and have full professional indemnity insurance to protect both buyers and sellers.
